This is an agreement between 9381‑9506 Québec Inc (“Vosker“, “we” or “us“), owner and operator of the website and and the mobile application Vosker (collectively, the “Platform“), and you (“you” or “You“), a User of the Platform (the “User“).
By using the Platform, including the Services offered on the Platform and all other Services, software, applications and subscriptions offered by Vosker (hereinafter collectively referred to as the ” Services “) you acknowledge and accept the Terms of Use (the ” Terms of Use “). If you choose not to accept these Terms of Use, you must refrain from using the Platform.
The Platform is available only to Users who can legally enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. By using or accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and that you are not prohibited from using the Platform or the Services under applicable law.
